Our Team

Amy is the mother of 4 handsome boys. 

She has worked as a nurse her entire career until 2022 when she started Guidepost Insurance. after seeing how much Ben loved working with his clients. 

She enjoy's cooking, traveling, and meeting new people.

Amy grew up in Indonesia as an MK until her family moved back to East Tennessee. 

Ben is originally from Bremen, IN, and his diverse background prior to getting into insurance has equipped him to serve his clients well. 

He and Amy served as missionaries in the Democratic Republic of Congo with Mission Aviation Fellowship. After returning to the US, he earned an M.Div. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and then a PhD in Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. 

After serving as a part-time pastor and professor, Ben started his insurance career after COVID broke out. He was the #2 Humana sales agent in the state of IN for two years in a row and then joined Amy as a co-owner of Guidepost Insurance in 2023.

Ben is a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kosciusko County Senior Activity Center, Grace Village, and the Living Well in Wabash Senior Center.

Ashley is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Education and Chemistry. Prior to joining the Guidepost team, she taught AP Highschool Chemistry.

She is passionate about helping others learn and make informed decisions. She is dedicated to serving others by making complex information accessible and meaningful.
